Revit Model & Renders for Townhouse
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a clean, well-organised Revit model of a three-storey townhouse that shows both architectural and structural elements at a basic level—walls, doors, windows, plus the main structural walls, floors, and roof planes. From that model you will extract furnished architectural floor plans, elevations, and sectional-elevations ready for presentation.
Once the model is approved, please generate three high-resolution external renders that capture the overall massing and street presence, followed by two internal renders featuring the living area and the main bedroom.
Deliverables
• Revit (.rvt) file with tidy, logically named views and sheets
• PDF and DWG sets of the floor plans, elevations, and sectional-elevations
• 3 exterior renders + 2 interior renders (minimum 4K, JPEG or PNG)
All work must be created natively in Autodesk Revit; revit rendering capabilities are acceptable.
