Revit Model Measurements Export

I have an existing Revit 3D model and simply need all key measurements extracted and organised in a clear Excel spreadsheet. The focus is on accurate take-offs—wall lengths, floor areas, door and window counts, or any other dimensions you would normally schedule in Revit. If the model requires minor tweaks so the quantities read correctly, feel free to adjust it; I just need the final numbers to line up with what you see on screen.

Please generate the schedules directly inside Revit, export them cleanly to Excel, and make sure units, naming, and sheet tabs are easy to follow. Once finished, send back the Excel file along with the updated .rvt in case I need to cross-check.
