Revit Model: Master Suite
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m remodeling my master suite and already have the existing floor plan in CAD. I now need a Revit model that captures the updated design, focusing on two areas:
• Bathroom layout – I’ll share detailed fixture locations, clearances, and finish notes.
• Closet and storage zones – shelving, hanging space, and millwork based on my sketches.
Scope of work
1. Build an accurate 3D Revit model from the provided 2D plan.
2. Integrate my bathroom specifications exactly as supplied.
3. Add closet geometry that reflects my sketches, keeping wall locations true to the base drawing.
4. Produce sheets: dimensioned floor plan, at least two interior elevations for the bathroom, one for the closet, and a simple 3D view. PDF and the native .rvt file are required.
Key details
• No site visit or field measuring needed; trust the furnished CAD file.
• Use imperial units and maintain layer naming / families that work with Revit 2020 or later.
• The model must align with the structural grid and wall thicknesses shown on the original plan.
I’m looking for a clean, build-ready file that I can hand straight to my contractor. Turnaround within a week is ideal, but let me know if you need a bit more time.
