Revit Model & MEP Integration
Budget: ₹4,000 – ₹8,000 INR
I have a complete set of AutoCAD plans without services for a 25 000 m² residential wellness development and now need the project taken into Revit. Every major building service must be modeled and coordinated inside that same file
Scope of work
– Set up a clean, properly organised Revit file from my AutoCAD backgrounds.
– Develop the basic architectural geometry. No furniture or interior fit-out is required at this stage.
– Insert and coordinate all MEPF disciplines: electrical layouts, sewage treatment plant connections, water supply and drainage, plus a code-compliant fire-safety system (sprinklers, hydrants, alarms as appropriate).
Deliverables
• Revit (.rvt) model and DWG Electrical, STP, Plumbing and Fire systems drawings
• Exported sheets in PDF/DWG for each discipline (plans, sections, schematics)
• A brief compliance note listing the local codes referenced and any assumptions taken
I will supply the CAD files, site information and code excerpts the moment we start. Let me know which Revit version you prefer (2020 or later is fine for me) and your typical turnaround for a project of this size so we can agree on milestones and review points.
