Revit Model and Documentation for Residential Building

I am looking for Revit modeler who can take a well defined project from the design development phase through construction documents. Floor plan development experience would be a plus. Familiarity with energy efficient details for single family residential remodels and new construction is important. This could be an ongoing work feed. We typically have 5-10 projects a year, depending on the scope of work.

A typical project includes:
- Detailed interior and exterior drawings with special attention given to kitchens, bathrooms and architectural window detailing.

Typical construction documents required:
- Floor plans
- RCP's
- Elevations
- Sections
- Basic rendering
- Basic site modeling

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Revit - including simple scheduling and plan notes
- Experience with residential building projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to create accurate and professional construction documents
