Revit & MWF Steel Detailing

Job ID: 40164232

Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 CAD

My 4-unit residential apartment building for Atlantic Canada exists only as PDF floor plans and elevations. I need that concept transformed into a native Revit model and then pushed through Strucsoft’s MWF Advanced Steel and Onyx workflow to generate a complete light-gauge steel framing package.

Here is the flow I expect:
– Build a clean, fully parametric Revit file from the supplied PDFs.
– Frame every wall, floor, and roof element in MWF Advanced Steel, respecting Canadian building codes for load, spacing, and connectors.
– Use Onyx to output shop drawings, member schedules, and machine-ready production cut-sheets, including screw, track, and stud call-outs.

Acceptance criteria
• Revit (.rvt) model accurate to the PDFs, with levels, grids, and families properly organized.
• MWF/Onyx assemblies reflecting Canadian code requirements.
• PDF/DWG shop drawings plus CSV or comparable cut-list files ready for fabrication.
• Clear annotation of connections, openings, and special framing conditions in both the model and the drawings.

Please rely on your own Revit and Strucsoft licenses, and let me know the turnaround you can commit to once you see the PDFs.
