Revit MEP BIM Model
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I will share the 2D DWG and PDF drawings for our 30 000 m², twelve-storey complex and need you to turn the information for Level -2 into a fully coordinated Revit MEP model hosted in Autodesk BIM 360. The underground stage must cover sewerage, water-supply and firefighting layouts at LOD 100, respecting the local and regional BIM standards that govern pipe sizing, routing clearances and family naming.
All geometry, metadata and shared parameters have to load straight into our existing BIM 360 workspace so the wider design team can review clashes and quantities immediately. Once Level -2 is approved we’ll roll the same workflow through the remaining floors, so clean worksets, disciplined element naming and a reproducible template are essential from the start.
Deliverables
• Revit (.rvt) file for Level -2 uploaded to our BIM 360 project
• Linked coordination model showing the three MEP systems separated by workset
• Brief report (PDF) summarising any assumptions and confirming compliance with the cited local standards
If this first milestone meets the agreed detail and passes coordination review, we can extend the contract floor by floor.
