Revit Landscape Photorealistic Exterior Renders
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I have two single-family-home designs ready for the next stage: fully built Revit models and a set of photorealistic images that showcase the surrounding landscape and curb appeal. You will receive my floor plans, elevations, and several layout sketches to guide everything from grading to planting.
Scope of work
• Recreate both houses in Revit with all exterior details and site elements.
• Apply true-to-size vegetation, hardscape materials, and lighting that reads realistically in daylight and twilight.
• Generate high-resolution renders (JPG/PNG) using Lumion, Twinmotion, or an equivalent renderer—the choice is yours so long as the final look is clean and believable.
• Provide one round of minor tweaks to camera angles or plant selections after I review the first draft.
Acceptance criteria
The images must look contractor-ready: dimensions must align with the drawings, textures must match the referenced palettes, and tree/shrub sizes must be botanically correct. When these checks pass, the work is considered complete.
To be considered, briefly outline your relevant experience creating exterior or landscape-focused renders in Revit and attach a couple of representative samples. Once approved, I’ll send the full drawing set and a schedule for milestones.
