Revit Interior BIM & Renders
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m handing over a partially built Revit model and need it developed into a fully documented, presentation-ready interior architecture package. The scope covers structural elements (slabs, roof, ceilings, stairs, elevator) and then moves straight into interiors: loading the right FF&E families from BIM Object, RevitCity or Herman Miller, applying materials and lighting, and designing a custom reception desk that fits a clean, modern aesthetic throughout.
Once the model is complete, I’ll need exterior sitework and landscaping added, plus camera setups that deliver medium-detail, good-looking renderings—photo-realism isn’t required, but they must read convincingly to clients. A short animated walkthrough (AVI) should round out the presentation.
For documentation, prepare legends, schedules, details and compile the full A0–A10 sheet set (plans, RCPs, elevations, sections and 3-D views). Final deliverables are:
• Native .rvt file, clean and well-organized
• Combined PDF of all sheets
• JPEG stills from the key camera views
• AVI walkthrough video
