Revit House Plan Drafting Needed

This is a serious project that will move into construction after design completion. I'm looking for a design partner rather than the lowest-cost drafting service. I’m ready to move forward with a traditional ~2,400 sf two-story family home (2nd story is unfinished for now and above the garage). The house is four bedrooms, I have rough sketches on paper and in Excel, and I now need the complete set of plans produced in Autodesk Revit so my local engineer can pick them up for structural sign-off. Drawings should be suitable for coordination with a local Utah structural engineer and revised as needed to address permit comments.

You’ll take my rough sketches, room schedule and site information (lot survey and basic zoning notes are already on hand) and turn them into a coordinated digital model. From that model I expect the full drawing set (everything typically required for permit submission minus the structural stamps my engineer will add later):
-Fully modeled Revit file
-Dimensioned floor plans
-Exterior elevations
-Building sections
-Roof plan
-Foundation/crawlspace plan
-Reflected ceiling plan
-Door schedule
-Window schedule
-Room schedule
-Finish schedule
-Basic electrical/lighting plan
-Exterior materials and wall sections
-Sheet set in PDF

I'd like the design priced out in two parts:
-price for schematic design only
-price for the complete construction document package

Because this is a traditional style, proportion and façade detailing matter to me; classic window sizes, balanced roof pitches and a welcoming front porch should all read correctly in the model. I’ll want PDF sheets plus the native .rvt file delivered, formatted for ARCH D sheets.

To keep the process smooth I’ll supply feedback at schematic, 50% DD and 90% CD milestones. Upon final payment, I receive unrestricted ownership of the Revit model and all drawings, with the right to modify them in the future. If you’re comfortable iterating inside Revit (2022 or newer preferred) and can share progress (Progress updates may be shared via BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar.), let’s get started.

Experience Requirements:
