3D Revit House Plan

I already have a rough hand-sketch of a 225 m² house and I now need it turned into a fully detailed Revit model. Your job will be to recreate the sketch accurately in 3D, refine the internal layout so the living areas flow naturally, and then add the structural information necessary for clear construction drawings.

Here’s what I expect at the end:
• A clean, well-layered Revit file (.rvt) that matches my original dimensions.
• Optimised room arrangement focused on day-to-day living comfort; if you see extra ways to improve storage or energy use, feel free to suggest them.
• PDF drawings and Revit sheets showing floor plans, sections and elevations with the building’s structural elements called out (beams, columns, load-bearing walls, etc.).

I’ll send the initial sketch right after we start so you can model from day one. Let me know how long you need and what information you require up front, and please share at least one example of a similar Revit project you have completed.
