Revit Home DesignBuilder Analysis
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a complete residential model in Revit and now need a full-house environmental assessment performed in DesignBuilder. Your job is to import the BIM file, set up the zones correctly, and deliver three simulation packages:
• Whole-building energy-consumption analysis
• Detailed thermal-comfort metrics (room-by-room PMV/PPD, operative temperature)
• Daylighting performance, including daylight factor and useful daylight illuminance
I will provide the Revit file, site location, construction details, and occupancy schedules. Please return:
– The calibrated DesignBuilder project file
– Raw CSV outputs for each simulation
– A concise PDF report summarising assumptions, key results, and visual graphs
The work must cover every space in the house, not just selected rooms, and should be ready for me to rerun if needed.
