Revit HVAC & Plumbing Fixes 40 ft * 50 Ft single story
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a fully modeled Revit project that now needs quick, precise adjustments to the existing HVAC and plumbing layouts. The architecture and structure are locked, but several coordination problems have surfaced—mis-aligned duct runs, incorrect pipe slopes, missing equipment connections, and a few sizing errors that are throwing my pressure drop and flow calculations off.
Your task is to jump into the current Revit file, clean up those issues, and deliver an updated model that passes clash detection and is ready for construction documents. Speed matters; I’d like to turn this around ASAP, so the ability to hit the ground running with Revit’s MEP tools is essential.
Deliverables I need from you:
• Corrected Revit (.rvt) model with all HVAC and plumbing modifications incorporated
• Updated schedules and system calculations reflecting the changes
• A short change log so I can see what was adjusted and why
I’ll supply the current Revit file, linked CAD backgrounds, and red-lined screenshots pointing out each problem area. If you regularly use Navisworks for clash checks, great—just include the coordination report so I can review.
Once the revised model opens error-free, shows proper system connectivity, and clears my internal clash test, we’re done. Looking forward to your fast, detail-oriented help.
