Revit Furniture Family Modeling
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need several parametric families built in Revit to expand my residential BIM library. The immediate focus is on kitchen cabinets, wardrobes/closets, and bathroom vanities, each created at a moderate level of detail—clean, accurate geometry and correct materials, but optimized so the file size stays light and performance-friendly.
What I expect from you:
• Individual .rfa files for every furniture piece, correctly categorized and with type parameters that let me adjust common widths, heights, depths, door orientations, and finishes.
• A brief test project (or screenshots) showing the families inserted, flexed, and aligned properly.
• All elements free of errors and warnings when loaded.
I will supply dimensional standards and finish schedules once we begin; you can mirror those in the parameter sets. The goal is a neat, reusable library ready for instant placement in my production models, so efficiency and tidy parameter organization are key. Let me know your timeframe and any past examples of Revit furniture families you have delivered successfully.
