Revit Framing Model Correction and Update

Revit Framing Model Audit & Rectification — Freelancer / BIM SERVICE PROVIDER (BSP) Company Needed

We are looking for an experienced **Revit BIM specialist or BIM company** to support us with a short-term Revit framing model audit, rectification, and model update task.

The work involves reviewing and correcting **wall framing systems** in an existing Revit model to ensure the model is clean, coordinated, and ready for coordination/documentation.

Scope of Work

The selected person/company will be required to:

* Audit all wall framing systems.
* Check framing continuity, stud spacing, tracks, headers, jambs, blocking, openings, intersections, and terminations.
* Identify and fix missing, duplicated, misaligned, or incorrect framing members.
* Repair broken framing systems and correct layouts, offsets, heights, and alignments.
* Resolve Revit warnings, clashes, modeling inconsistencies, and review comments.
* Coordinate the framing model with Architectural, Structural, and MEP models.
* Perform final QA/QC before submission.

Required Deliverables

* Updated **Autodesk Revit 2023 model / RVT file**
* **NWC export**
* **DWG export**, including project grids

Timeline

Expected total duration: **2 to 3 working days**

Budget

Fixed budget: **USD 400**

Requirements

Applicants must have strong experience in:

* Revit 2023
* BIM coordination
* Wall/framing systems
* Model auditing and cleanup
* Clash/comment resolution
* Preparing clean and coordinated BIM deliverables
