Revit Exterior Bungalow Model
Budget: £100 – £150 GBP
I am providing a complete set of 2D plans and elevations in a single DWG exported from AutoCAD LT and need them transformed into a detailed architectural 3D model in Revit. The project is a single-storey, three-bedroom bungalow of roughly 390 sqm that includes a detached garage and a surrounding boundary wall.
Scope
– Exterior only: no interiors are required.
– Level of detail: full architectural accuracy—walls, openings, roof profiles, garage, and boundary wall must match the DWG precisely.
– Materials: I will send reference images for the exterior walls, roofing, and the garage/boundary wall so you can apply realistic Revit materials or accurate placeholders.
Deliverables
• Native .rvt file (Revit 2020 or newer).
• Three or more high-resolution exterior renders showing key viewpoints with the specified materials.
• Any custom material libraries used.
Acceptance criteria
• Dimensions and geometry faithfully reproduce the DWG.
• All exterior elements built with editable Revit families and free of missing links or model warnings.
• Materials assigned per the reference images.
