Project Title: Seeking a Revit Specialist for MEP Systems Modeling

Hello,

I am looking for a Revit specialist with experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems modeling. I have a project where the architectural phase is already complete, and I need the 3D model of all engineering systems developed for proper visualization and the generation of construction drawings.

Scope of Work:

I require the 3D modeling in Revit of the following disciplines:

Electrical Systems: Electrical, Lighting, and Security (CCTV, alarms, etc.).

Plumbing and Gas Systems: Hydraulic (hot/cold water), Sanitary, Stormwater, and Gas.

Mechanical and Special Systems: HVAC (Air Conditioning) and Pool Systems.

Model Requirements:

Deliverable: The final deliverable should be a single Revit model file containing all the mentioned systems.

Level of Detail (LOD): I do not have a strict LOD requirement. The main priority is that the model must be visually coherent and contain sufficient detail to allow me to generate clear and accurate 2D technical drawings directly from it.

What I Will Provide:

The final architectural model in Revit.

The architectural plans in DWG format to be used as a base and for reference.
