Revit to Excel Cost Sync

Job ID: 40245896

Budget: £10 – £20 GBP

I need a small workflow that pulls labour and equipment costs directly from my Revit model and drops them into an Excel workbook every month. The workbook has to open on a clear summary sheet that totals both cost types; each figure in that summary must link to its own detailed tab so I can drill down to the raw schedules instantly.

I am comfortable if you tap into the Revit API, Dynamo, or another reliable bridge—whichever lets the export run with one click and keeps the cell references intact for future refreshes. What matters is accuracy for labour and equipment figures, clean formatting, and a process I can repeat whenever the project team asks for the next monthly update.

Deliverables
• Automated script or Dynamo graph that reads labour & equipment data from the active Revit model
• Excel template pre-wired with a summary page and two detailed sheets (Labour, Equipment) linked through formulas
• Short video or PDF showing how I trigger the export and how to update it next month

I will test by running the export on my side; the numbers in the summary must exactly match the detailed tabs and the detailed tabs must match the model schedules. Once that check passes, the job is done.
