Revit Electrical Socket Layout

I have an existing Revit 2025 model that now needs electrical sockets added exclusively to the office and workspace zones. Living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms are already complete, so you can ignore those.

You will receive the central .rvt file with locked coordinates and view templates. The job is to insert the correct socket family (UK-standard 13 A twin-gang, recessed) and place it at 300 mm AFFL along perimeter and partition walls, following the furniture layouts shown on Levels 02-05. All sockets must be properly hosted so they stay connected when circuits are created later—no floating or unhosted elements.

Deliverables
• Updated Revit 2023 .rvt with sockets placed in all offices and workspaces
• An electrical device schedule listing each socket’s type, level, and mark

Acceptance criteria
• Every workstation has at least one socket within 1.5 m
• No duplicate marks in the schedule
• No model warnings for unhosted or conflicted elements
