Revit 2024 Dual House Models
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need two clean, well-structured Revit 2024 models that I can drop straight into energy-simulation software for a research paper on “Digital Integration of BIM and Predictive Waste Modeling for Sustainable Modular Construction.”
1. Two-storey modular apartment (BIM focus)
• Location & code basis: Nanjing, China – Hot Summer Cold Winter zone (GB 50189-2015).
• Must show the supplied wall, roof, glazing and floor U-values.
• Include explicit wall and roof composition layers and a simple HVAC system family so I can assign loads quickly.
• Keep the interior layout open-plan to reflect modular flexibility.
2. Conventional two-storey house
• Same general footprint for comparison.
• Highlight generous large windows on key façades.
Both models
• Built natively in Revit 2024 (no backward conversions).
• Basic levels, grids, families and naming kept tidy.
• No rendering, entourage or deep detailing—just the geometry and data I need for simulation.
• Deliverables: the two .rvt files and a brief text note listing any custom families or assumptions made.
This is a small-scope, quick-turn task; accuracy in geometry and parameter setup matters more than photorealism. If you are fluent in Revit 2024 workflow, I’m ready to start immediately.
