Revit Drawings & Photoreal Villa Renders
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need complete Revit drawing sets and photorealistic exterior renders for two separate villas. The aesthetic is strictly Modern, so clean lines, contemporary materials, and bold geometry should guide every decision.
Scope
• Build two fully detailed Revit models, one for each villa, with proper layers, families, and naming conventions so I can revise or export plans later.
• Produce photorealistic‐quality exterior renders—include realistic lighting, reflections, and high-resolution textures. I want the images to be presentation-ready.
• Add context: modern landscaping, driveway, and subtle nighttime lighting to reinforce realism without overcrowding the scene.
• Deliver at least three high-resolution views per villa (front, rear, and one creative angle).
Assets I will supply
• 2D floor plans in PDF.
• Material palette references.
• Site photos and dimensions.
Timing
I need first drafts as soon as possible and final files immediately after my review rounds; please indicate how quickly you can start.
Deliverables
1. Native Revit (.rvt) files for both villas.
2. High-resolution PNG/JPG renders (minimum 4K).
3. Any linked texture libraries or proxy objects used.
If you’re comfortable working fast while maintaining photoreal quality, I’d love to collaborate.
