Revit Drafting: Existing Homes
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I have several existing houses that need to be modelled in Autodesk Revit , snd a number of other jobs ready to be progressed to a construction set of plans right away.
Scope
• Build an accurate Revit model for each home from the sketches and photos I supply.
• Produce dimensioned, annotated floor-plan sheets formatted for printing at 1:100 (A3) with room names, door & window tags, grid lines, and key notes.
Expectations
– Work in Revit 2025 or newer and deliver the native .rvt file plus exported PDFs.
– Keep families, levels, and views neatly organised so I can edit them later.
– Follow Australian drafting conventions for line-weights, text styles, and title blocks.
Timeline
fast turnaround are essential. Additional homes may follow if this one goes smoothly.
If you have solid Revit experience with residential projects and can start immediately, let’s get moving.
