Revit Draft Cleanup & Relocation
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
The project is a renovation of my existing home, and all drafting must be completed in Autodesk Revit. I have a laser-scanned model of the original house plus a dwg site plan.
Your task is to open the supplied Revit file, strip out the redundant or noisy point-cloud data, correct any obvious drafting errors, and place the cleaned model on the front block of the site in the proper orientation and levels. While doing so, the updated site plan must clearly show the true property boundaries and the current utilities locations so that the renovation team can rely on it for council submissions.
Deliverables
• A single Revit (.rvt) file with the house model cleaned, relocated, and fully coordinated with the site
• A sheet-ready site plan view inside the same file displaying accurate property boundaries and utilities layers
• PDF export of that sheet for quick review
I will provide the scan, cadastral survey in DWG, and existing Revit file on award. Please keep all work in native Revit; no third-party conversions. A quick screen recording or screenshots demonstrating the relocation accuracy will serve as the acceptance test before final sign-off.
