Revit Construction Document Specialist

Job ID: 39899849

Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD

I have an architectural project already started in Revit and now need a complete set of construction documents prepared for permit submission. I will provide the current RVT file, mark-ups, schedules, and all relevant code references; what I need from you is the expertise to turn that information into a polished, submission-ready drawing package.

Scope of work
• Refine the existing model as needed for documentation accuracy.
• Produce a full drawing set—floor plans, elevations, sections, enlarged details, legends, and schedules—formatted on title blocks ready for council/authority review.
• Apply construction knowledge to annotate, dimension, and detail every sheet so contractors can build directly from the package.
• Coordinate views, sheet numbering, and revisions to keep the set clean and consistent.
• Deliver both the native RVT file (Revit 2024 or later) and exported PDFs.

What I’m looking for
Experience is key here. Show me examples of Revit construction documents you’ve produced, particularly for residential or commercial projects of similar scale. Highlight any code compliance work, coordination with engineers, or successful permit approvals.

I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right Revit expert who can own this documentation phase from start to finish.

Have heaps of work and will like to pay per plan. The more u can take on the more u will make. Must be confident to take on the role. Can make anywhere between $1000-2000$ per plan. If u can finish two plans a week if that’s available as a work load then u can make up to $4000 a week.
