Revit BIM Modelling for Residential Project
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
BIM Modelers Needed – Executive Project in Revit (Residential, 400 m²)
We need support for the development of an executive project in Revit.
The base architectural and structural design is already defined. Deliverables must be a detailed Revit model (LOD 350–400) and the corresponding construction drawings.
Scope of work:
Architectural executive development (details, finishes, construction drawings).
Electrical installation modeling and drawings.
Hydraulic installation modeling and drawings.
Coordination between disciplines to avoid clashes.
Project details:
Residential house, approx. 400 m².
Deliverables: Revit model + construction drawings extracted from the model.
Timeline: 2 months.
Requirements:
Strong Revit skills (LOD 350–400).
Experience in architectural and MEP modeling.
Ability to deliver clean, well-structured models.
Reliable communication and respect for deadlines.
