Revit BIM Commercial Interior Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m refreshing a commercial workplace and need a Revit-based interior designer who can work natively in BIM from day one. The scope covers three key zones:
• Office space
• Reception area
• Conference rooms
Using Autodesk Revit, I want a coordinated BIM model that includes layout options, furniture plans, finishes, lighting concepts, and basic MEP placeholders so our engineering team can layer on their work later. From you I expect:
1. A well-organized Revit file (latest version) with clean families and proper work-sets.
2. Sheet views and 2-3 rendered perspectives per zone to help stakeholders visualize the proposal.
3. A materials legend and schedules exported to Excel for quick costing.
4. A brief handover note explaining key model assumptions and where to update parameters.
Please apply only if you have solid commercial experience in Revit BIM; that background will be the main factor in selection. If you’ve handled similar office, reception, or conference layouts, add a line or two describing the challenge and outcome—screenshots or links to live models are welcome.
