Revit-AutoCAD Commercial Drawings

I have a commercial project that is already past concept and schematic stages, so what I’m missing now is a fully coordinated detailed-design drawing package created in either Revit or AutoCAD.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Architectural plans, sections and elevations showing dimensions, levels, finishes, door / window tags and schedules
• Structural details—including foundations, framing, reinforcements and any typical/critical connections—fully referenced back to the plans
• Sheets compiled and ready for permit submission in both native file format (RVT or DWG) and PDF

Acceptance criteria:
• All views are to scale, cleanly annotated and on a consistent title-block template
• Layers / families are organised logically for easy hand-off to the rest of the design team
• Clash-free coordination between architectural and structural elements
• Files delivered within the agreed timetable, with one revision round included
