I already have a full set of detailed plans and would now like to take them to the next stage. I’ll send you the DWG/PDF files and my Revit project so you can refine the floor planning, build a clean, information-rich 3D model, and develop interior design concepts that stay true to the original intent.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Update and optimise the floor layouts in AutoCAD or directly in Revit, keeping all layers and naming conventions intact.
• Produce a coordinated Revit model with correct families, levels and materials, ready for schedules and clash checks.
• Generate interior layouts, finishes and camera views that can be rendered or exported for client presentations.
Final hand-off should include the updated DWG set, the RVT file, and high-resolution images (JPG/PNG) of key interiors. If you work efficiently and communicate changes clearly inside Revit’s work-sharing or via marked-up PDFs, we’ll move through revisions quickly.
