Revit Assistant for Academic Design Project
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Help me tie the strings on this project:
Project Assistance Needed – Revit Deliverables
Timeline: 09/28/25 – 10/19/25
I’m looking for help completing a set of design + documentation tasks in Revit for an academic project. The work is spread across four deadlines with progressive deliverables, so I need someone detail-oriented and comfortable with modeling, documentation, and rendering workflows.
Scope of Work
Due 09/28/25
Fill out empty rooms and spaces in the model
Create 2 custom Revit component families and 2 model-in-place furniture elements
Place enlarged elevations + perspective views of these elements on coordinating sheets
Add view titles, north arrows, callouts/annotations
Complete cover sheet with index, update sheets with consistent formatting
Model glass walls + doors for offices 3-17
Correct RCPs (ceiling types + fixtures), add coffered ceiling at work café, fix drop ceiling between legal assistant/paralegal stations
Create a floor finish plan with tags and finish legend (floor, wall, ceiling materials)
Due 10/05/25
Rendered floor plan with labeled rooms + furniture
B/W RCP with legend + ceiling heights
2 rendered elevations/sections (work café + legal assistant/paralegal)
4 interior elevations (highest-detail rooms)
2 sections (longitudinal + latitudinal)
Add room names, furniture tags, dimensions (plans, elevations, sections), and text callouts
Add spot elevations to RCPs
Due 10/12/25
Rendered furniture plans and finish plans
Render 3D views of most detailed rooms (day, night, combo – in-program and cloud, 18 total)
Label renderings with lighting + rendering type
Incorporate “NEXT” logo into space
Add figures in renderings
Due 10/19/25
Use Enscape to produce realistic renderings:
Furniture plans, finish plans, all elevations, all sections
Bundle all Enscape renderings into one PDF
(4) Perspective 3D views of detailed rooms
(2) 30-second walkthroughs (one per floor), exported as MP4/AVI
Ideal Candidate
Proficient in Revit (families, RCPs, documentation, rendering)
Comfortable with Enscape workflows (renderings + walkthroughs)
Strong attention to detail (annotations, dimensions, legends, formatting)
Ability to meet structured deadlines with deliverables
