Revit Assistance for "House Asama" Project
Budget: $50 – $100 USD
Hi, hope you’re doing well.
Here is everything I need to complete the House Asama project, following exactly the professor’s requirements.
Everything must be done directly in Revit (RVT file) — no PDFs — since all presentations and reviews are done from the Revit file.
I will also attach my current progress (the last Revit file I submitted) and the first PDF I turned in, where I was told everything was incorrect.
Below are all the steps clearly detailed so there is no confusion:
1. General format
Work strictly inside the Revit (.rvt) file.
Make sure the model is clean and ready to be reviewed in class.
I do not need PDFs, only the final, organized RVT file.
2. Complete the architectural model
Ensure all walls are properly placed.
Fully model the roof with the correct geometry.
Place all required windows and doors, correctly sized and located.
Confirm the Levels are correct and visible:
L1 = 0'-0"
L2 = 2'-5"
L3 = 10'-6"
L4 = 18'-0"
3. Add the loft
Model the loft according to the reference image I provided.
Include: bed, nightstands, lamps, and railing.
Connect it properly to the staircase.
Adjust it to match the sloped roof geometry.
4. Complete the Floor Plan
Add all interior furniture (living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, etc.).
Add complete landscape around the house (trees, bushes, vegetation).
Add dimensions, room names, and section markers.
Make sure the plan does not look empty.
5. Improve vegetation
Add varied tree types (not all identical).
Add bushes and background vegetation for depth.
Improve vegetation in the plan, elevations, and renders.
6. Create the interior sections
I need at least 3 cleaned sections, as required by the professor.
I already have 1, so please generate 2 additional interior sections.
Show: staircase, kitchen, living area, loft, and levels.
7. Create the section perspective (dollhouse view)
A 3D cutaway view showing the full interior of the house.
8. Create the required 8 renders
4 exterior renders: front, back, sides, and one hero shot.
4 interior renders: living room, kitchen, loft, and one general interior view.
Ensure proper lighting, realistic materials, and integrated vegetation.
9. Review the elevations
Clean up and adjust the four exterior elevations.
Confirm that levels, terrain, and windows are correct.
10. Organize the Revit file
Organize the Project Browser as follows:
01 Floor Plans
02 Roof Plans
03 Elevations
04 Sections
05 3D Views
06 Renders
07 Sheets
Set up the main sheets for presentation.
11. Final deliverable
I need you to deliver:
The complete Revit (RVT) file.
All modeling finished: loft, furniture, landscape, and details.
All plans, sections, elevations, 3D views, and renders included.
Everything clean, organized, and ready for presentation.
Thank you for your help.
