Revit Architectural & Structural Models

I need my existing paper blueprints converted into clean, well-organized Revit models—both architectural and structural—so I can use them for high-quality visual presentations. I will scan and share the drawings in PDF/TIFF as soon as the project starts. Your job is to interpret those physical plans accurately, build the full BIM model in Revit, and set up a few polished 3D views that showcase the design.

The focus is purely on appearance and spatial clarity; no detailed MEP work is required right now, although the model should stay flexible for future disciplines. Please keep families, levels, and naming conventions tidy so that I can hand the file to other consultants later without re-work.

Key deliverables
• Native .rvt file with separate architectural and structural worksets
• At least three presentation-ready 3D views (exterior, sectional cut, interior)
• PDF sheets exported directly from the model for quick review
