Revit Architectural Drafting
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
Residential scheme consisting of 20 flats over 7 floors.
Drawings and information on build-ups of floors/walls/roofs have already been prepared in 2D and we require the project to be re-drawn in 3D Revit/BIM level1.
The output required is: Architectural drawings for the technical design stage for RIBA stage 3/4 showing detailed build-ups for floors/walls/roofs. The deliverables are:
- Floor Plans (basement, ground, 1st-5th floor, roof plan)
- Elevations ( 4 elevations)
- Sections (2 sections)
- drawings to include levels, grid lines, element tags, detailed build-ups
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Revit, to BIM level 1
- Strong architectural drafting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work from existing digital plans
