Revit Architectural Documentation with Full MEP Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Architectural documentation for a two-story, ~4,000 sq ft single-family residence, based on base model, survey, and provided references.
- Compliance advisory to ensure alignment with the City of Sanibel’s building codes and documentation requirements.
- Use of provided title block (cajetín) and sheet layout.
- Produce accurate floor plans, sections, and elevations (no rendering).
- Design & model full MEP in Revit: Plumbing (water/fixtures), Sewer/Storm, Gas, Electrical, HVAC; size/main routes per code references provided; coordinate con arquitectura.
- Keep units in Imperial (ft-in) and Revit families per our library/template (we provide).
- Weekly progress submissions for review until project completion.
- Availability for daily calls or progress updates to monitor advancement.
DELIVERABLES:
- Revit model (.RVT, Revit 2023+).
- PDF set in ARCH D format with sheets organized by discipline (A-, M-, E-, P-) according to our sheet index.
- Schedules and views (Door/Window).
PROJECT GOAL:
Develop complete and detailed architectural documentation in Autodesk Revit for a two-story single-family residence of approximately 4,000 sq.ft., including integration of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) according to the City of Sanibel’s applicable codes and provided design criteria, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with standards.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Communication in English and/or Spanish.
- Accuracy and adherence to provided standards are essential.
- Architectural and MEP documentation must align with the City of Sanibel’s building codes and requirements, with our team providing guidance and oversight to ensure compliance.
- Confidentiality agreement and transfer of all final file rights to the client.
