Revised Plans & DIN277 Calculation

Job ID: 40333507

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

I have a full set of scanned house plans that reflect the design we submitted for permits, but the as-built layout differs slightly. During construction a room was not built and additional walls were added, so the floor-area totals on the original drawings are no longer correct. I have marked every change in detail directly on the PDFs.

Here is what I need:
• The scans corrected to rights rooms and walls
• A fresh living-space calculation carried out to German standard DIN 277, broken down by level and by usable / technical areas, and delivered in PDF
• A short note explaining any assumptions you had to make so that the building authority can follow the math.

You will be working from:
– Scanned PDFs of the original plans (ground floor, first floor, attic, section, elevations) and also from the outside of the house so you can see the slope of the roof.
– My detailed handwritten notes indicating which walls moved and the dimensions of the new utility room.

Please keep the line-weights, scale, and room labels consistent with the original presentation so the updated set drops straight into my file for the Bauamt. If you use AutoCAD, Archicad, or Revit, just let me know which—any of those is fine as long as the output is PDF.

I’ll review the revised drawings and the DIN 277 summary; once everything tallies, the project is complete.
