Revise DA Exterior & Landscape

I already have a full set of approved Development Application drawings; I only need some small-scale tweaks before resubmission. Only beed to add/remove 5 items. It should not take more than 1hr.

You’ll receive my current CAD and PDF files, site photos and the council’s DA mark-ups. There are no rigid style rules for the façade, so feel free to suggest finishes or minor form changes that enhance street appeal while staying within the existing building envelope. Landscape notes just need to show planting zones, species suggestions and any hard-scape elements so council can see a coherent greening strategy.

Please work in the software you are most comfortable with—AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD are all fine—so long as the final set is delivered as:
• Updated CAD files (DWG or RVT)
• Council-ready PDFs of plans, elevations, landscape sheets

I’ll review one draft round and one final revision before sign-off. Australian NCC familiarity is a plus but not mandatory; just keep all dimensions and setbacks exactly as they are. Fast, clear communication will get this done smoothly.
