Revise ERV Permit Plan Set
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have an existing ERV permit plan set that needs a focused round of updates before it goes back to the building department. Two areas are in scope: bringing every sheet in line with current building code requirements and refining the design itself.
What has to change
• Compliance updates – only building code items are affected. All notes, schedules, and details must reference the latest adopted edition (IBC/IMC).
• Design modifications – adjust the layout for clearer airflow paths, revise material specifications in the schedules, and improve a few aesthetic touches so the final PDFs look polished and consistent.
Deliverables
• Red-lined mark-ups showing every edit for quick review.
• Clean, submission-ready plan set (PDF + original CAD/Revit files).
• A brief change log that cross-references sheet numbers with code sections or design notes you modified.
I’ll supply the current DWGs, supporting calcs, and the last round of reviewer comments. Turn the set around so it passes plan check without additional comments and looks cohesive throughout.
