I’m opening a new retail store and need a registered architect to craft a clear, build-ready concept design. The focus is strictly commercial: a welcoming, customer-centric layout that showcases merchandise while meeting code and accessibility standards.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Concept design package for a single retail space, including floor plan, basic elevations, and a concise material/finishes palette.
• Drawings delivered in PDF and the original editable format (AutoCAD or Revit preferred).
• A brief written rationale that explains circulation, display zones, and storefront impact.

I’m not yet ready for full construction documents or detailed interiors, so the scope remains at the concept level—ideal for rapid iteration and clear budgeting.
