Retail Building Site Plan & Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m preparing to develop a new standalone retail store and need a complete package that starts with a fresh site plan and carries through to permit-ready architectural drawings. Nothing exists yet, so you’ll be working from the survey file and zoning data I provide.
The site plan must clearly show:
• A code-compliant parking layout (ADA spaces, drive aisles, counts).
• Landscaping areas with species call-outs sized to local ordinances.
• The precisely dimensioned building pad, tied to property lines and setbacks, ready for utility routing later.
Once the site is laid out, I’ll need both concept design sketches and fully detailed architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plan, door/window schedules) suitable for city submission. If we like the direction, we may add 3D renderings as a follow-on, but they are not part of this initial scope.
Please be comfortable producing drawings in AutoCAD or Revit so I can integrate them with the civil set. Deliverables should arrive as native files plus PDFs. I’ll review at 30%, 60%, and 90% stages and return mark-ups within two business days.
