Restaurant Concept & Drawing Package

A new restaurant project is moving from idea to reality and I need a qualified architect to shape the vision into a build-ready package. The building is a commercial space that will operate as a restaurant, so familiarity with hospitality workflows, kitchen circulation, and local health-code requirements is essential.

Your brief covers two clear phases.
• Concept design: turn the initial brief and site survey into mood boards, two to three schematic layout options, preliminary material palettes, and basic 3D views that help stakeholders visualise the atmosphere and flow.
• Detailed drawings: develop the chosen concept into fully dimensioned plans, reflected ceiling plans, sections, elevations, kitchen and bar layouts, and any schedules needed for permit submission and contractor pricing.

Drawings should be produced in AutoCAD or Revit (source files + print-ready PDFs). I will supply the site measurements, brand guidelines, and equipment list on award; the final package should comply with local fire-safety and accessibility codes and be ready for our consultant team to stamp.

The work is considered complete once the full drawing set is delivered, any code-related mark-ups are resolved, and I have a clean package suitable for permit submission.
