Residential Sketch Plan & 3D Views
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a full concept package for a new residential project. The scope includes a dimensioned sketch floor plan, four properly scaled elevations with clear façade articulation, several eye-level 3D perspectives, and one birds-eye massing view. While you may draft in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or any other tool you prefer, every sheet must be handed over as a clean, print-ready PDF.
Because the elevations will guide early material and opening selections, give them extra care—line weights, shadows, and overall readability matter to me more than hyper-real textures at this stage. Keep the 3D imagery consistent with the plan so I can show everything together to my client and local council.
Please outline:
• How quickly you can turn around the first draft
• Which software you’ll model in before exporting to PDF
• Any similar residential concept sets you have completed
I’ll supply rough sketches and key dimensions once we start; you return the finished PDFs ready for comment, then one revision round should finalise the package.
