Residential Roof & HVAC Designs

I am completing the construction package for a new residential property and need two coordinated disciplines produced quickly and accurately.

First, I require full structural roofing documentation: roof framing drawings, member sizing, connection details, and any supporting calculations—everything a local permitting office and contractor will expect.

Second, I need the mechanical (HVAC) design for the same house. This includes heat-load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork layout, diffuser locations, and schedules. The HVAC must align with the structural framing you generate so clashes are avoided.

I typically work with Revit or AutoCAD files and would like both PDF sheets for submission and the editable source models/drawings. If you are familiar with common U.S. residential code requirements, that will help streamline approvals.

Deliverables (all coordinated to the same architectural background):
• Structural roof plans, sections, details, and calculations
• Complete HVAC schematics, layouts, load reports, and equipment schedules
• Native CAD/Revit files plus print-ready PDFs

I’ll provide the architectural model and any site data on award and will be available for quick turnarounds on questions or mark-ups.
