Residential Revit Model Creation
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have a set of residential plans in PDF format that I now need translated into a native Revit model. The scope goes beyond a basic shell—every wall, door, window, floor, ceiling, piece of fixed furniture, and finish shown in the drawings must be modeled so the file is ready for interior layout studies and realistic visualisations. All materials and texture definitions should align with the Australian standards referenced in the PDF; please replicate colours, patterns and naming conventions so the model can pass directly to local consultants without re-work.
You may work in any recent Revit version, though 2023 is preferred. When the model is finished, export a clean PDF sheet set so I can cross-check geometry against the original drawings.
Deliverables
• Revit (*.rvt) file with coordinated levels and views origional 3D revit model
• PDF export of plans, sections and 3D views for verification
I will provide prompt feedback as you progress, and I’m happy to answer technical questions along the way.
