Residential Revit MEP Design Expertise
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m preparing a pipeline of U.S. residential builds and need an experienced Revit MEP professional to translate my architectural sets into a fully coordinated model. Your five-plus years in the field should show in the way you handle all three disciplines—Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing—keeping them code-compliant and clash-free from day one.
You’ll start with complete DWG drawings that I’ll provide. Import them, set up the Revit template, and build out each system so that air-side equipment, branch circuits, and piping all live comfortably within the same model. Because these projects go straight to permit, accuracy and clear annotation matter as much as the geometry itself.
Deliverables I’m counting on:
• Revit (RVT) model containing HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing layouts, fully coordinated
• Sheet set with plans, risers, schedules, and details ready for submission (PDF + RVT)
• A brief clashes/assumptions report confirming everything clears structural and architectural elements
If you’re fluent in U.S. residential code requirements and can keep a tight turnaround, let’s get started.
