Residential Revit MEP Coordination
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need an experienced Revit MEP specialist to develop fully coordinated models for upcoming residential projects. The core focus is creating detailed HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems that align seamlessly with the architectural intent and any engineering inputs we supply.
On some jobs I’ll provide an existing architectural or structural model; on others you may start from the plans alone, so flexibility in working with or without reference models is essential. Close collaboration with my architecture and building-engineering team will be part of the workflow.
Deliverables for each project:
• A clash-free Revit model (LOD 300-350) covering HVAC, plumbing, and electrical disciplines
Proficiency with Revit, standard BIM coordination practices is required. If you’ve successfully delivered residential MEP models before, I’d love to see examples and hear how you approach quality control and revisions.
