Residential Revit Draughting & Plan Updates
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need an experienced Revit draughtsman to take charge of my residential drawings. Some sheets already exist and require tidy, accurate amendments; others will be created from scratch as we refine the design.
Your day-to-day work will centre on clean, well-annotated floor plans delivered in native .rvt format plus printable PDFs. I will supply any existing models, sketches, and field notes, and I’m available on short notice to answer questions so the hand-off is smooth.
Accuracy with dimensions, levels, and standard residential detailing is essential. If you have a solid grasp of Revit’s work-sharing tools, schedules, and view templates, you’ll find integration with my files straightforward.
Please share a brief note on similar residential plans you have produced, your typical turnaround for minor revisions, and anything you need from me before you start. I’m ready to move as soon as we agree on scope and timeline.
