Residential Renovation Drafting
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I'm looking for an experienced architectural draftsperson to assist with a residential renovation project. The project site is in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The draftsperson will work with an Architect to produce a building permit submission and construction documents. The revit model is partially complete in the design development phase.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Expertise in residential architectural drafting
- Ability to use Bluebeam to receive mark-ups
- Experience with renovation projects, understanding the intricacies involved
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to execute instructions
