Residential RCP Coordination

I have a contemporary art-deco residence that already has its overall concept, furniture plan, and most of the HVAC ductwork locked in. What I still need—urgently—is a polished, fully coordinated Reflected Ceiling Plan that can go straight to construction.

The priority is precise HVAC diffuser placement; every grille and return must sit cleanly within the ceiling grid without encroaching on the domes or the large glass spans. At the same time, the lighting layout has to read balanced and intentional, reinforcing the sleek art-deco language we have established.

Scope you will tackle
• Translate the existing design intent into a refined ceiling layout
• Distribute lighting fixtures so they feel composed, not cluttered
• Locate diffusers and returns in harmony with the finished ceiling while respecting the installed ductwork
• Flag any clashes early, adjust as needed, and keep sightlines pristine around the domes and glazing

Deliverables (by Tuesday)
1. Reflected Ceiling Plan showing all lighting, diffusers, and returns
2. Separate lighting and HVAC overlay sheets if clarity demands it
3. Native AutoCAD (.dwg) or Revit (.rvt) file plus PDFs for quick review

I do have preferred fixture and diffuser brands, but they are not mandatory as long as the visual and performance goals are met.
