Residential Preliminary BOQ Takeoff

I need a detailed Bill of Quantities for a residential building project, limited to the foundation and structural phase. The focus right now is precise quantity take-off only; material specifications and labour rates can be addressed later.

You will receive the full set of structural and architectural drawings in PDF and DWG. From these, extract every measurable item—concrete, reinforcement, formwork and any embedded hardware—and present the results in a clean, tender-ready Excel file. Each line should include description, unit, calculated quantity and a short note that references the drawing or calculation method you used. Please validate dimensions against the plans and flag any discrepancies before final submission.

Deliverable
• Excel BOQ covering all foundation and structure elements, with traceable, verifiable quantities.

Acceptance criteria
• All structural items accounted for with consistent units.
• Quantities clearly linked to drawing references or take-off sheets.
• File opens without errors and is ready for contractor pricing.
