I am preparing to build a residential property and require a full set of coordinated construction documents along with an accurate cost breakdown. The scope covers every technical drawing and schedule needed to move confidently from concept to site execution.
Deliverables I expect:
- Architectural plans (all floor plans, elevations, sections and relevant details)
- Structural plans with reinforcement schedules and any necessary calculations
- Electrical and plumbing plans, clearly coordinated with the architectural layout
- A comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimate tied to the drawings
Your submission should be a detailed project proposal that explains your methodology, software you intend to use (AutoCAD, Revit, Etabs, Excel, or similar), a timeline for each phase and the checkpoints you recommend for drawing review and BOQ validation.
