Residential Permit Drawings in Revit
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a seasoned Revit user who can turn my existing residential design into a complete, code-compliant permit package for a U.S. building department. The base model, layout ideas, and preliminary notes are ready; what I’m missing is a polished, submission-ready set that satisfies architectural, structural, and MEP requirements.
Scope
• Create the BIM model in Revit
• Generate all sheets required by most U.S. jurisdictions—plans, elevations, sections, schedules, details, and coordinated MEP/structural views
• Cross-check against IRC/IBC and relevant local amendments so the drawings can pass plan review without major redlines
• Deliver a neatly organized Revit model plus print-ready PDFs (24 × 36)
Acceptance
A permit clerk should be able to stamp this set “accepted” on first submission; if the municipality asks for minor adjustments, I’ll rely on you for one round of quick revisions.
